Ella!

Bristol has a new friend that she loves and adores, and to this date takes her everywhere! (Of course, I make her leave Ella in the car!) Here is a video of when she first was given Ella from the Weavers. December 2011

Living Planet Aquarium with Michelle and the kids!

Sam actually had a Saturday off, so we decided to make a day of it and go visit the Planet Aquarium in Sandy. It was great to take the kids to do a fun activity, and we all enjoyed it too! The best part was petting the sting-rays. We all enjoyed getting very wet while trying to catch one on our palm. Bristol loved seeing all the Nemo characters that they had "hanging" around! Reagan is always such a helper when it comes to Bristol. She is a great big sister. Hopefully Bristol is taking notes!! What a fun day to spend with the family!!

First "snow" of the year

This winter has been very strange here in Utah. We really did not get much snow.. Of course we didn't because Sam and I bought a bunch of snowboarding gear this year!! Bristol loves the snow and anytime it would snow she did not want to miss the opportunity to play(eat) in the snow. We have loved having the little bit we have gotten!

2nd Annual Girls Weekend with My Sister!!

This is the second year Bristol and I have traveled down to beautiful California to visit my sister! We have loved doing this, especially when it is in February!! We enjoyed going to the beach, the zoo and the amazing outdoor market that I envied so much. It is always great to visit and to have fun in the 70 degree weather while escaping the 30 degree temperature in Utah! Bristol loves seeing KiKi!

New Year's Eve 2011

The Kelly boys were able to get us all together and celebrate by going out to dinner and then playing at our house afterwards until the ball dropped. We had fun chatting and playing games. Our little family was able to make it to Temple Square earlier that night, which is always a treat! 

Christmas 2011

This Christmas we had a wonderful time spending it down at Scott and Michelle's house. We did this last year as well, so maybe we are starting a tradition? It was great to have all the kids together and to spend time with everyone. The kids went outside to leave food for the raindeer, which she loved! It is fun now that she has a little understating of these crazy traditions. This year was a bit overwhelming for our little family. Bristol is so dang spoiled by everyone that it seemed a little outrageous! The gifts kept pouring in, and I was ready to return everything we got her, which was about 4 things! It was fun to see the excitement on her face when she woke up to so many things she couldn't even comprehend what was going on. I think she enjoyed it, none the less.
